allege: •
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
follows: GLADYS B. LAWLOR is the surviving spouse of the decedent;
tIAROLD J. LAWLOR, JR. is a son of the decedent. Both are petitioning
to be appointed Personal Representatives with the consent of Peter F.
Lawlor, the only other interested person.
