died domiciled in Palm eeach County, Florida.
5. The decedent, in his Z~1i11, named Milc:red V. Lawlor, his
the~ wife, as Executrix. Mildred V. Lawlor died September 1, 1973.
Gladys B. Lawlor, whose address is 499 N. E. 8th Street, Boca Raton,
Florida 33432, and Harold J. Lawlor, Jr., whose address is Post
Office Box 631, ~a~ -~t~o~~e-#~, Hawthorne, Florida 32640, are
entitled to preference in appointment as.Personal Representatives
because they are, res~ectively, the surviving spouse and the son of
the decedent; the only other son and beneficiary, Peter F. Lawlor,
consents to their appointment; and Mildred V. Lawlor, as indicated,
is deceased.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are: real and personal property of an estimated value of
approximately $100,000.00.
7. The original of the decedent's last will, dated March 8,
1963 accompanies this Petition.
8. Petitioners rcqucst that decedent's S~Till be~admitted to
probate and that GLADYS B. LAWLOR and fiAROLD J. LAWLOR, JR., be
appointed Personal Representatives of the estate of the decedent.
