WNEREAS, t~AROLD J. LAWLOR, a resident of Palm Beach
County, Florida, died on February 9, 1977, owning assets in the
State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, GLADYS B. LAWLOR and HAROLD J. LAWLOR, JR.,
have been appointed Personal Representatives of the estate of the
decedent and have performed all acts prerequisite to issuance af
Letters of Administration in the estate.
NOW, TiiERCFORE, I, t1~e undersigned circuit judge,
declare GLADYS 8. LA~niI.OR and HAROLD J. LAWL~OR, JR. to be duly
c~ualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as Personal
Representatives of the estate of HAROLD J. LAWLOR, deceased, with
full power to aclminister the estate according to law; to ask,
demand, sue for, recover and receive the property of the decedent;
to pay the debts of the decedent as far as the assets of the estate
will permit and the law directs; and to make distribution of the
estate accordinq to law.
