~ ANNE M. BURRISS, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made, and intending hereby
to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real and personal, of
which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows,
to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representatives, hereinafter named.
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as it is practicable.
SECOND: I give and devise such of my tangible personal property
to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death, which list is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of r.iy estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my grandsons,
PETER B. PRIVATEER and JACK J. PRIVATEER, in equal shares, share and
share alike, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: In the event one of my grandsons predeceases me leaving issue,
I give, devise and bequeath his share to his children, to have and to hold
unto themselves absolutely and forever; otherwise his share shall go
to my surviving grandson.
FIFTH: I hereby constitute, nominate and appoint my grandsons,
PET~R B_ PRIVATEER and JACK J. PRIVATEER, as co-Personal Representatives
of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon them
power as such co-Personal Representatives.to administer my estate,
