excusing them from giving any bond or making any returns to any court.
I expressly confer upon my grandsons full authority and power to sell
and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale,
with or without notice, as they may deem best, and without order of.
court. I authorize them to make good and sufficient conveyances to
any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as
they may deem best for the interest of my estate. I further hereby
expressly confer upon them, as co-Personal Representatives herein, the
authority and power to borrow money for the use of my said estate in
any instance where they may think it necessary and proper, and to
secure the same by mortgage, trust deed or other form of security to
or upon any part of my estate; this they may do without the order of
any court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal,
and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of the witnesses named hereinafter, on this ~l3'ay of
December, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Nine.

THE FOREGOING INSTRUMENT was subscribed by the said ANNE M. BURRISS,
in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us and she, at the
same time, declared the foregoing instrument as subscribed by her to be
her Last Will and Testament, and we at her request, have signed our names
as witnesses thereunto, in her presence and in the presence of each other,
and have written opposite our names our respective places of residence,
