SECOND: Al1 the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, WYNFRED ROSCOE BRIGGS, to have and to hold unto himself absolutely and forever. THIRD: In the event my husband, WYNFRED ROSCOE BRIGGS, fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and bequeath one-half of my estate to my son, JAMES OZRO BRIGGS and DOROTHY BRIGGS, his wife, or the survivor thereof, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever; and one-half of my estate to my daughter, CAROLINE BRIGGS GRUENWALD and RICHARD M. GRUENWALD, her husband, or the survivor thereof, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever. In the event my son, JAMES OZRO BRIGGS and DOROTHY H. BRIGGS, his wife, fail to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath their-share to their children, if any, who survive me, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever, in equal shares, share and share alike. In the event my daughter, CAROLINE BRIGGS GRUENWALD and RICHARD M.
