This deed made March ~ 1980 between Felicia 0'Hare as
personal representative of the estate of Pauline Lanzetta deceased,
late of Palm Beach County, Florida, grantor. and the same Felicia
0'Hare individually and John J. 0'Hare her husband, grantees, post
office address 3214 Liddy Avenue, West Palm Beach~ Florida;
W I T N E S S E T h:
That whereas Felicia 0'Hare is the personal representative of
the estate of Pauline Lanzetta under letters of administration
issued by the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County February 20 1980
(Probate ~f80-560); and whereas the same Felicia 0'Hare is the sole
residuary beneficiary under the will of Pauline Lanzetta admitted
to probate February 10 1980; and whereas that will provides for no
contrary specific devise of the below described property;
Now, therefore, in consideration of the•foregoing and Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations the
grantor has granted, bargained~ and sold to the grantees, their
heirs, legal representatives and assigns, the following described
land in Saint Lucie County, Florida,
Lot 41 Block A, Plat of Tropical Acres, recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit ~ourt of
Saint Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 8, page 20.
to have and to hold in as full and ample manner as the same ~~as
possessed or enjoyed by the said Pauline Lanzetta, d~eceased, in her ~
lifetime.
In witness whereof, the grantor has hereunto set her hand and
