ACKNOWIEDCMENT AND RATIFICATION BY 6RANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Oeclaration of Condaminium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and
real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominiun and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condaminium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induce-
ments concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described abovc~.
