promiasory notes atating that said notea are secured heceby. At no time shaU the principal amount of the indebtedn~ss eecured by this
Mortgage, not including s advanoed in accordance herewith to protect the security of thia Mortgage. e:cxed the original amount of the

22 Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, I.ender ahall release this Mortgage without charge to Borrowrer.
