PARTIAL REI.EASE OF MURTGAGS
BRSKINE FLORIDA PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, and ERSKINE
CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, the holdera of the mortgage
executed by OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPI~NT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to
ERSKINE FIARIDA PROPERTIES, INC.,~a Florida corporation, as to an undivided
one-half (1/2) interes[, and ERSKINE CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest, dated August 7,
1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1595, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknovledged, hereby on this ~~ day of
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in r at

1/79 share in those crnmnon elements appurtenant thereto in accordance

22~8, and as am~~-ded in Offieigl Record Book 349, page 46, a11 in
the public records of St. I.ucie County, Flerida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property
described in that mortgage.
