PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTCAGE
ERSKINS FLORIDA PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporatian, and ERSKINE
CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, the holders of the mortgage
executed by OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation. to
ERSKINE FLORIDA PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, as to an undivided
one-half (1/2) intereat, and ERSKINE CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest, dated August 7,
1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1595, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this~~~C day of ,
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that
County described as follows:
A condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 503, and an undivided
1/79 share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subjrct to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms
and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCEAN
TOWERS CONDOMINIUN B, as recorded in Official Record Book 348, page
2288, and as amended in Official Record Book 349, page 46, all in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property
described in that mortgage.
