SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court uoon Plaintiff's
Motion for Su~mmary Final Judgment, Plaintiff's affidavit as to the
amounts due on the Note and Mortgage herein sought to be foreclosed,
the Complaint, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter hereof and
the parties hereto.
2. Plaintiff has established by competerit proof the allegations
of the Complaint and has produced the Original Note and Original
Mortgage securing payment thereof in the amount of One Thousand Sixty-
One and.86/100 ($1,061.86) Dollars, copy of which was attached to
the Complaint as Exhibit "A".
3. Plaintiff is entitled to foreclosure of its Mortgage liens
and said liens are prior in date and superior in dignity to the right,
title, interest, claim or demand of the Defendant~ herein upon the
following property:
A 0.0769 % undivided interest in fee simple absolute
as tenant in common in the certain real property
described in the Master Form Deed of Turtle Reef
Condominiums 1, recorded in Official Record Book 250,
Page 2931, subject to divestment as set forth in said
Master Form Deed and upon such divestment as interval
ownership consisting of Unit Weeks 21 and 22 in Con-
cominium C-8, Consisting of Apartment Number C-8. and
its undivided share of the commnon elements of Turtle
Reef Condominiums 1 as such is described in said
Master Form Deed.
