THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Motion of Defendant,
LAWNWOOD MEDICAL CENTER, INC., and Defendant, HOSPITAL CORPORATIOid OF
A:~tERICA, INC., for a Protective Order as to taking of the deposition of
Nelson Hartley as noticed by Plaintiff in this cause, and the Court
having neard argument of counsel for the partfes and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND AD.1U'DGED that Defendants' Motion for Protective Order
regarding the taking of the deposition of Nelson Hartley is granted and
Plaintiff will not be permitted to take that deposition and it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall be permitted to serve
Interrogatories upon the Defendant, LAWNWOOD MEDICAL CENTER and/or HOSPITAL
CORPORATION OF APtERICA, requesting the identification of the persons whose
statements have been taken by Nelson Hartley and the date or dates upon
which such statements were obtained.
DONE AND ORD~R D in Chambers at Vero Beach, Indian River County,
