ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upun Petition of the
State of Florida, and the Court being fully advised of the pre-
mises. the Court does hereby find:
THAT One Cessna 207A Aircraft, Tail No. N73123, Serial No.
20700561. was seized by the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Department
and at the time of said seizure was being used in violation of
Florida Statutes Chapter 893, 943.41, 943.42, 943.43 and 943.44 in
that said aircraft was used for purposes of Trafficking in Controlled
Substances, to-wit: Marijuana.
IT IS TNEREFORE
ORDERED that said aircraft be and is hereby forfeited to the
St. Lucie County Sheriff's Department to either be used by said
Department or disposed of according to law. ~
