The petitioner, ESTHER BRYANT-, alleges: - s D-

1, Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the next of kin, being the wife of the deceased. Petitioner':
name and address are Esther Bryant, 805 N. 20th Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida, 33454, and the name and address of Peti-
tioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this peti-
tion.
2. Decedent, JESSIE NELSON BRYANT, whose last known
address was 1404 Edgewood Terrace, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, and whose social security number is 262-45-8863 died
on August 12, 1980 at Scranzon, Pennsylvania, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled i-- Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
3. S~ far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
