Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and disposing ~ D
memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former
Wills, Codicils and letters af testamentary import by.me
made.
FIRST: I direct my personal representative to pay from
my probate estate all estate and inheritance taxes tl~at are
payable because of my death, even though property that is
included in the determination of a tax does not pass under
this Will. No payment shall be made of a generation-skipping
transfer tax. Insofar as possib2e payment shall be made as
an expense of administration without apportionment to anyone
and without seeking contribution from anyone; provided,
however, that no part of thase taxes shall be charged against
any property passing to or for the benefit of my wife that
is included in the marital deduction allowed for federal
estate tax purposes.
SECOND: I give all of the tangible personal property
owned by me at my death, except money and except such as may
be used in the operation of a business or as a part of
rental property, together with insurance upon automobiles to
my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER, if she survives me and if not
to our children surviving, in equal shares.
THIRD: In the event my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER,
shall survive me, I give, devise and bequeath to my said
