FOURTH: In the event my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER,
shall survive me, all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, in possession or in expectancy
at the time of my death (all of which shall be referred to
collectively herein as my Residuary Trust), I give, devise
and begueath to my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER, and my son,
NEAL R. WEBSTER, as Trustees, to be held by them, in trust,
and managed and distributed to and for the beneficiaries and
upon the terms and conditions and subiect to termination as
hereinafter set forth.
l. My Trustees shall pay to or for the benefit of
my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER, during her lifetime, the
entire net ~ncome in quarterly or more frequent installments.
2. In addition, the Trustee shall pay to my wife,
ELI2ABETH M. WEBSTER, so much of the principal of the trust
as shall be necessary to provide my said wife with expenses
of health, education, support or maintenance.
3. My Trustees also shall pay to my wife, ELZZABETH
M. WEBSTER, such sums from the principal of this trust as
she shall demand from time to time by an instrument signed
by her and delivered to the trustees, provided the t~tal of
the sums paid in any one calendar year shall not exceed the
greater of $5,000 or 5$ of the total of the value of the
principal of the trust at December 31st of that year and the
value of the invasions under this provision during that _
year. This right shall be non-cumulative.
4. Upon the death of~my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER,
the remaining principal or corpus of this trust shall be
distributed among my children and the issue of any deceased
child or children, per stirpes, in such shares as my wife
shall by making specific reference to~this power appoint by
will and subject to such provisions as are set forth in her
will. In default of such appointment, and so far as any
