such appointment extends to persons other than my children
living at my death and the issue of any deceased child of
mine, the remaining principal or corpus of this trust shall
be distributed as set forth in the next Paragraph of this,
my Will.
FIFTH: Upon the death of my wife, ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER,
if she survives me, and to the extent of the default of her
proper exercise of the limited power of-appointment hereinabove,
the Residuary Trust shall be distributed to the beneficiaries
as set forth below. Or, in the event my said wife shall
predecease me, my personal representative shall distribute
all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
person or mixed, in possession or in expectancy at the time
of my death, as follows:
(1). Any and all shares of Eastern Dairy Equipment
Co., Inc., or any other corporation whose shares may be
,owned by me, or a part of the Residuary Trust, as the case
may be, and which.may have succeeded to the business of
Eastern Dairy Equipment Co., Inc., shall be distributed to
my sons, ERIC G. WEBSTER and DONALD C. WEBSTER, in equal
shares, or to their children or descendants, per stirpes.
In the event that either of my sons, ERIC or DONALD shall
not be then living nor have descendants surviving, the share
of such deceased son shall go to the survivor of ERIC or
DONALD. ~
(2). The remaining bal.ance of my estate or of the
Residuary Trust, as the case may be, shall be distributed to
my sons, NEAL R. WEBSTER and ROBERT B. WEBSTER, in equal
shares, or to their children or descendants, per stirpes. In
the event that either of my sons, NEAL or ROBERT, shall not
be then living nor have descendants surviving, the share of
such deceased son shall be distributed in equal shares to my
descendant's then living, per stirpes.
