EIGHTH: I hereby nominate and appoxnt my wife, ELIZABETH
M. WEBSTER, as personal representative of this my Last Will , '
and Testament. If she shall fail to so act, I nominate and ;

appoint my sons, NEAL R. WEBSTER, ERIC G. WEBSTER, DONALD C.
WEBSTER and ROBERT B. WEBSTER, in the order named, to be
substitute or successor sole personal representative. I
direct that no bond be required in any jurisdiction of my ~
said personal representative, her substitutes or successors,
the same being specifically waived hereby. .
NINTH: The successor Co-Trustee to my son,'NEAL R.
WEBSTER, shall be my sons, ERIC G. WEBSTER, DONALD C. WEBSTER
and ROBERT B. WEBSTER, in the order named, each shall have
full powers, duties and discretions as if originally named
as such herein.
I waive compliance with any law requiring qualification
of Trustees or registration of trusts, or administration or
accounting by Trustees under the supervision of any Court.
I direct that no bond be required of an individual Trustee.
TENTH: If my wife and I should die simultaneously or
in circumstances which make it difficult to determine which
of us died first, I direct that my wife shall be deemed to
have survived me for the purpose of this will, and that the
provisions of this will shall be construed upon that assumption
and basis.
ELEVENTH: I give and grant to my personal representatives
and my Trustees, their suc~essors or substitutes, in addition
to and not in limitation by implication or otherwise of the
powers-elsewhere herein granted or those conferred by the
laws of the State of Florida or otherwise, the following
powers and discretions
1. To retain for as long as they may deem advisable
any investments or other real or personal property which I
may own at the time of my death, or which may become an
