HomeMy WebLinkAbout0600 i , 1 empower my personal representative to consent for tax purposes to have gifts made by my wife or by me during the calendar year of my death, or for any prior year, considered as having been made one-half by me and one-half by my said wife, and to pay all of the gift tax or gift taxes assessed, or so much thereof as my personal representative in her , discretion may deem attributable to my estate, or as my estate may become legally liable to pay. 11. Anything in this will to the contrary notwithstanding, if at any time my trustees are authorized to determine the amount of principal to be received by any beneficiary who is then acting as a co-trustee, such individual co-trustee shall take no part in the determination of the amount to be ~eczived hy hi.~~ ar her, ba~ such detern:ination sha~2 ~e m~a~ solely by my other Trustee. The purpose of this provision is to prevent such person from being taxed because of such power. 12. The foregoing powers shall be in addition to and not in limitation of the powers granted by the Florida Probate Court.
