The undersiqned petitioners alleqe:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
surviving spouse. His name and address is as set forth in
paragraph 3 and the name and address of his attorney is as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, MIRIAM S. JENCKS, whose last known address
was 337 Orchard Street, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida
died on February 10, 1981 at Lawnwood Medical Center, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of decendent's surviving spouse, if any, their

are minors, are:
