Decedent, LAWRENCE G. SCHNEELOCK~ whose last known address was 202 St. Lucie Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, whose age was 71 years, and ~ahose Social Security Number was 385-07-2551, died on February 10, 1981, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. 4. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this Estate are as follows: Real Property - approxirnate: $30,ooo.no Personal Property - approximate: 7,500.00 S. On April 5, 1979~ the decedent did execute, publish and declare a written document as his Last Will and Testament before VINCENT A. LLOYD and CAROL A.
