1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as

last Will and as preference to act as personal representative

2. Decedent, LAWRENCE G. SCHNEELOCK~ whose last known
address was 202 St. Lucie Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
whose age was 71 years, and ~ahose Social Security Number was
385-07-2551, died on February 10, 1981, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this Estate are as follows:

Personal Property - approximate: 7,500.00
S. On April 5, 1979~ the decedent did execute, publish
and declare a written document as his Last Will and Testament
before VINCENT A. LLOYD and CAROL A. LOCKLIEAR as attesting and
subscribing witnesses when the decedent was at least eighteen
years of age.
