The original of said Will was lost or destroyed without the knowledge or consent of the decedent and without any intent on the part of the decedent to revoke the instrument. 7. Petitioner has made diligent search and inquiry to locate said Will and has only been able to locate a copy of the Will, 8. Attached to and made a part of this Petition is a true copy of that Will which Petitioner believes is the true Last Will and Testament of the decedent. 9. VINCENT A. LLOYD~ whose address is set forth above, and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because he is the named alternate personal representative in the decedent's last Will and has been selected as preference by the named personal representative and all other interested nersons. 10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of the decedent other than as set ~orth above. 11. The persons who, but for the Will, would be entitled to the property devised are the decedent's surviving heirs-at- la~v who are : EDITH M, MURRAY, sister, over 18 years of age; Lake Hospital Lake Worth, Florida 33460 ROSE MARIE HOLIEN, niece, over 18 years of age; 28014 Walker Drive Warren, Michigan 48092 RALPH LEE SMITH, nephew, over 18 years of age; 8290 Newitt Road Avoca, Michigan 48006 12. The decedent's sister. EDITH M. MURRAY~ is presently confined to Lake Hospital, Lake Worth, Florida, and criminal charges are pending in connection with the decedent's death. 13.
