WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered
establishing the last Will of LAWRENCE G. SCHNEELOCK, reciting

~; and preserving the full and precise terms and provisions o

' that Will as contained in Che attached copy and admitting it to
~ probate; and that Petitioner be appointed personal representative
of the decedent's Estate.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief. -
