of any sale for such use as she may deem best for the interest of
my estate. I further hereby expressly confer upon her the authority
and power to borrow money foY the use of my said estate in any
instance where she may think it necessary and proper, and to
secure the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security
to or upon any part of my estate; this she may do without the
order of any Court.
In the event my sister, EDITH M. MURRAY. fails to survive
me or if she fails to qualify as personal representative, I
nomina~e and appoint my attiorney, VINCENT A. LLOYD, as personal
representative of this, my Last Will and Testament, giving and
granting said personal representative the same powers, rights,
privileges and excuse from bond as hereinbefore set forth for my
sister.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed, published and
declared by LAWRENCE G. SCHNEELOCK, in our presence and acknowledged
by him to each of us, and he, at the same time, declared the
foregoing instrument as subscribed by him to be his Last Will and
Testament, and we, at his request, have signed our names as

other, and have written opposite our names our respective places
