THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on NELEN M. BAIER,
f/k/a HELEN MARIE MILLER's petition to release adoption information,
and the court having heard testimony of the petitioner, argument of
counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the court
makes the following findings of fact:
1. That HELEN M. BAIER, f/k/a HELEN MARIE MILLER, was adop-
ted on November 30. 1921, in a court proceeding in Cook County,
Illinois, Adoption Docket ~~45423.
2. That HELEN M. BAIER has been a.resident of the State of
Florida for more than six (6) months next before the filing of this
cause, and further, that this court has in personam jurisdiction
of petitioner.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That any and all information concerning the adoption
of the petitioner, HELEN M. BAIER, f/k/a HELEN MARIE MILLER, is to
be released to the petitioner upon the presentment of a certified
copy of this order to the proper authorities.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County~ Florida,
