ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO
COM~.'EL BLOOD TESTING
This cause came on to be heard this 27th day of February,
1981 on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Blood Testing and the Court
having heard the argument of counsel and being familiar with the
use of HLA blood tests in paternity actions and being fully advised
regarding the case law regarding the use of such tests in paternity
actions, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUGED
1. That Defendant, CLAUDE MARSHALL, shall be given the
opportunity within 30 days from February 24, 1981 to produce to the
Court competent medical testimony rebutting the accuracy of Human
Leukocyte Antigens blood testing.
2. In the event that Defendant does not produce competent
medical testimony rebutting the accuracy of Human Leukocyte Antigen
blood testing, the Defendant shall submit to_such blood tests along
with the Plaintiff, JERALDINE HUBBARD, and the minor child, CHANDRA
DANETTE HUBBARD at the Department of Pathology, Shands Teaching
Hospital, Gainesville, Florida on Tuesday, April 21, 1981 at 10.00 AM.
