" After due notice by or to all parties affected, a hearing
;;was held before the Court on February 24, 1981~with respect to
;~the matters disposed of by this Order. Upon consideration, it
is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
~. The Motion to Determine Visitation Rights and Motion to
j,Compel Production of Documents filed herein by EDUARDO PONTE,
~`is granted; effective immediately, the prospective adoptive
;;parents, ERIC PAUL SANDT and CAROL ESPOSITO SANDT, shall permit
~:
:iEDUARDO PONTE to visit with his infant daughter for thirty (30)
~'minutes each week at a mutually agreeable time and place, and
in the event the parties are unable to agree upon a time or
;place, the visitations shall take place in the Judicial Chambers
on the First Floor of the St. Lucie County Courthouse when not
in actual use. It is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the State of Florida,
~Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Adoptions and
Related Services, shall within fifteen (15) days of the date of
this Order, provide to the attorneys for the Petitioner, EDUARDO
'PONTE, copies of those docwonents set forth with specificity
;in the Notice to Produce dated February 13, 1981.
The Court reserves jurisdiction of the parties hereto and
