This cause came on to be heard before the undersigned
upon the Petition for Enforcement and Order of Contempt filed ,
he.rein by VINCENT A. LLOYD, as attorney for the Wife in the ~
above-captioned matter. The Respondent, ROBERT DALE NARPOLD. ~
having failed to appear before the Court at the hearing on
said Motion held March 6, 1981, and based upon the Affidavit
of VINCENT A. LLOYD, the Court finds and determines that the `~
,
Husband, ROBERT DALE HARPOLD, has willfully failed and refused
to pay the $ 175.00 as ordered by this Court on Au~ust 5,
1980. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure, the
Husband, ROBERT DALE HARPOLD, is in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying
the sum of $175.00, plus Court costs in the amount of
$ 54.00 to VIi~CENT A. LLOYD, at Post Office Box 4382,
Fort Pierce, ~lorida, on or before ~~ days after the
date of this Order. If the Respondent, ROBERT DALE HARPOLD,
does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above.
