ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the Wife's
ion for Temporary Enforcement of Property Settlement and
Custody Agreement and both parties having been present and
represented by counsel and the Court having been fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That in accordance with the Property Settlement and
Custody Agreement dated August 15,1979 and entered into
evidence the custody of the minor child, SETH AARON LUCCI,
is hereby~temporarily awarded to the Wife, PAMELA C. LUCCI,
with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband.
2. That the minor child, SETH AARON LUCCI, shall be
elivered to the Wife at 12:00 noon, March 10, 1981 at the
fices of John Edgar Sherrard, 203 South Indian River Drive,
rt Pierce, Florida unl~ss prior to 12:00 noon the Husband
as posted a supersedeas bond of $5,000.00.

ierce, St.Lucie County, Florida.
