BEFORE ME, a tJotary Public, duly authorized to take oaths
and acknowledgments, personally appeared MILDRED TARBETT, well known
to me, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
l. That affiant is the surviving daughter of LAWRENCE H.
fiASKIN a/k/a LAWRENCE H. HASKINS and LILLIAN M. HASKIN, his wife,
who died on November 4, 1980, and November l, 1972 respectively.
2. That by Deed dated t4ay 2, 1963, and recorded in 0. R.
Book 63, Page 424, of t~ie Public Records of St. Luc3e County, Florida,
LAWRErJCE H. HASKIN and LILLIAN M. HASKIN, hs wife, acquired title to
certain real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block 94, Unit 8, of LAKEWOOD PARK
ac~ording to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Fsook 11, Page 19, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as tenants by entireties.
3. That by Deed dated October 19, 1959, and recorded in
C. R. Book 252, Page 466, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, LAWRENCE Ii. HASKINS acquired title to certain real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, Block 94, Unit 8, of LAKEWOOD PARK
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 19, of the Public
Fecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That at the time they acquired title to said real
property, LAjJRE;dCE ~i. IiASKIN a/k/a LP.t1RENCE H. HASKINS and LILLIPN
M. fiASKIN, were husband and wife and that they remained continuously
married to each other thereafter until the date of death of LILLIAN
i;. HASY.I1ti.
