I, LAWRENCE H. HASKIN, of Miramar, Browar d County, F lori da,
do hereby revoke any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore by me
made~ and do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament.
ARTI CLE I :
I give, bequeath, devise and appoint to my wife, LI LLIAN M.
HASKIN~ if she survives me, my entire estate, all of my property
both real and personal of whatever nature and wheresoever situated,
including without limitation, all property acquired by me after the
execution of this Will.
ARTICLE II:
' In the event that my said wife should predecease me, or
should we die at the same time or as a result of the same accident
or disaster iulder such circumstances that the order of our deaths
cannot be ascertained, then and in any of such events, I give,
bequeath, devise and appoint all of my property both real and per-
sonal, of whatever nature and wheresoever situated, including without
limitation, all property acquired by me after the execution of this
Will, to my children LAtaRENCE HASKIN, JR. of Richmond, Virginia;
MILDRED TARBETT, of Miramar, Flacida-; and BETTY LEWIS, of Herndon,
Virginia, in equal sharss, share and share alike. In the event
that any one or more of my said children shall predecease me, the
share that such child would otherwise have taken under the provisions
of this Will had such child survived me, shall be distributed in
equal shares to the children of such predeceased child.
ARTICLF. IIS :
I nominate and appoint my wife LILLI~i M. HASKIN, as
Executrix of this my Last '~Jill and Testament, or in the event she
predeceases me or fails to qualify as such Executrix, I nominate
