I, LAWRENCE H. HASKIN, residing in the County of
Broward, State of Florida, do hereby publish and declare this
to be the First Codicil of my Last Will and Testament executed
by me on the 4th day of June, 1969. ~
FIRST: I direct that my Last Will and Testament be
amended to read as follows:
- ARTICLE I: My beloved wife, LILLIAN M. HASKIN died
after the making of my said Last Will and Testament and sub-
sequent to her death I married VELMA HASKIN. I make no
provision for my said wife, VELMA HASKIN for reasons known to
her and myself. I direct that should she be entitled by law
or have any right to a portion of my estate, that such portion
be no more than the minimum share as provided by law in a
testate estate. It is my intent that should my said wife
survive me that she should receive nothing by reason of my
death other than what I am required to provide for her, if
any. In all other respects my said Last Will and Testament
shall remain in full force and effect.

The foregoing instrument consisting of one page was
signed and sealed by the said, LAWRENCE H. HASKIN, and by him
published and declared as his First Codicil in the presence
of us, the undersigned, who at his special instance and request
and in his presence and in the presence of each other, do
attest as witnesses thereto and hereunto subscribed our names
