This is to advise you of the death of Roland J. Kuhn, who died on August 1, 1978
while a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At the time of his death he was the holder of a mortgage from Kenneth and Teresa
Petrie in the original amount of ~1000.00. Said mortgage was paid off shortly
after the death of Roland J. Kuhn.
All bills pertaining to the last rites have been paid by Mrs. Mna Kuhn, widow
of the decedent who resides at 1906 Wyoming Avenue, Ft.Pierce, Fla. 33450.
As this estate is so small, administration will not be required by this caurt.
In vierv of the foregoing, this~is authority granted under F.S. 735.301 to Anna
Kuhn, to satisfy that mortgage frnm Kenneth and Teresa Petrie, as her preferred
claim against the decedent's estate.
