in Plat Book '11 at Page 9 of the Public Records of St. Lucie,
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at t$e most easterly corner o~ Lot 8 of said Block 34;
Then run N 41 '14'00" E 3'1.08 feet along the southeasterly
boundary of Lot 7 of said Block 34 to the point of curvature
of a curve to the right having a radius of 2246.59 feet;
thence run northeastwardly along the arc of said curve to the
ri~ht a distance of 392•96 feet through a central angle of
'10 ~'I "IA" to the point of beginning of the parcel of land
hereinafter described; thence continue northeastwardly along
the arc of said curve to the right having a radius of
2~46•59 feet a distance of 90.64 feet through a ce$tral anf~le of
2 18'42" to the point of tangenc~; thence ruu N 53 3~+'~" E 5•37
feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having
a radius of 355.03 feet; thence run northeastwa_^dl~ along the
arc of said curve toothe left a distance of 2.2'i feet t~rough

W radial with the last mentioned curve a distance of 140 feet
