3. Other Provisions.
A. The parties agree that any award of attorneys' fees will
be determined by the Court at the time costs are assessed after the
trial and that Plaintiff need not present evidence as to fees at
the time of trial.
B. The time for response to any further discovery propounded
by the parties shall be shortened to five (5) days.
C. Discovery shall be completed five (5) days before trial.
4. Expert Witnesses may be called out of turn by either party.
5. Witnesses. Only those witnesses listed and names filed with
the Clerk will be Fermitted to testify, except the parties them-
selves. ~Either party may call any witness listed by any other party.
The parties shall be permitted to amend their witness lists up to
