This cause c~e cm for tri.al o~n the 9th day of March, 1981 and the Court
having giv~en full cansideratian to .~11 the evidence, finds and deterndnes: This
Ca~rt has jurisdiction of the parties a~d the subject matter of this suit; that
the relatic~n of Husband and Wife nvw exists betwec~l the parties; and that the
marriage bet~reen the parties is irretrievably brok~en and should be dissolved.
It is thereupan
ORDF,RID AI~ID ADJUDC~ as follows :
1. DLS90LUTION OF MARRIA(~. The marriage bet~aee~i. MICNAEL KEI'ItI EVANS,
and PAi~LA JF.AN EVANS, be and the sa~e is hereby dissolved, and the parties
a~d each of them are hereby forever freed frcm the bonds of matrimany heretofore
existing betw~n them and fram the obligati.ans arising therefrcm.
2. CtISiiODY. Custody of MICHAEL KETTH EVANS, JR. , and LIAVID AT~1 EVANS,
minor children of the parties, is hereby aw~arded to the Husband, with te~orar~
custody to the Husband' s pare~ts L1AVID an~d GR~1CE EVANS while tYte Husband is
in the arn~ed services of the i~ci~ted States, with reasa~able visitaCivn ri.ghts
reserved to the Wife.
3. PROP~. The Stipul.atiocl aamitted into evidence is hereby incorporated
herein by referer~ce and the parties are ordered to comply with the prrnrisions
thereof .
4. RESIURATION OF NAME . PAME[A JEAN EVANS , be ~d she is hereby autarized
to assune her former natr~e of PAME.7A .IEAN SAPP, and to use the sa~ne in all respects
as if said marriage had not intervezied.
