BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared MARYAN~ CHERRY BROWN, well known to me, who being first
duly sworn, deposes and says:

to discover the residence, address, and/or whereabouts of the
Respondent, DAVID ANSEL BROWN, JR., by contacting the Union Hall
wnere had been known to frequent and contacting all persons kn
to your Affiant who may have information as to the whereabouts

to determine the address residence or whereabouts of the Respond-
