THIS CAUSE coming ori to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion of the subject matter, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
• 2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner,
MARYANN CHERRY BROWI~I, and Respondent, DAVID ANSEL BROWN, JR.,
are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. There is no real nor personal property to be divided

between the parties, except the furniture and furnishings. in
the marital dwelling and the Wife is hereby awarded said furniture
and furnishings sujbect to any indebtedness thereon.
4. The Wife is hereby awarded attorney's fees in the

5. MARYANN CHERRY BROWP~ be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of MARYANN CHERRY and to use the same in'~
all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
