This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husbanc3 and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are herebl~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTO~Y: Custody of NICHOLAS TZIMENATOS, JR., born
February 14, 1978, Age.3 years, and CHARLOTTE N. TZIMENATOS, born
June 23, 1979, Age 1, minor children of the parties, is t-ereby awarded
to Petitioner, DIANE R. TZIMENATOS with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Respondent, NICHOLAS TZIMENATOS, SR.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME: DIANE R. TZIMENATOS be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of DIANE.R. WR~TE and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage has not intervened.
4. SUPPORT: Commencing the 27th day of February, 1981,
ivICHOLAS TZIMENATOS, SR., sha?1 pay to DIAN R. TZIMENATOS the sum
of $50.00 per week for the support of the children named above based
on the Wife's testimony that the husband earns 5500.00 per week.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to DIANE R. TZIMENATOS, 1112 Sunrise Boulevard,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
