5. AGRBEMENT That the written Agreemei heretofore entered fnto and
executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and it is hereby
ordered approved, confirmed a~d ratified and it is incorporated into and
made a part of this Final Judqment and each of the parties is ordered to
