Z'HIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and
the Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has
jurisdiction of the subject natter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUD(~ED as fol2ows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of r_-arriage between Petitioner, ~LF.NA
JOY VerPOF.'I`ER, and Resnondent, NORBF.RT JOHt7 VerPORTER, are
dissolved because the t~arriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the

4. The real and personal property of the marriage shall
be divided between the parties as set forth in the Property
Settlenent Agreement r:larked as Petitioner's Fxhibit ~F1.
5, Restraining Order - Each of ~the parties is hereby
enjoined and~restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
6. Jurisdiction - Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
