It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Ward, Jr., Age 3 years, and Jessica Ann Ward, Age 1 year, minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent. 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. 4.
