This cause came on for trial the 9th day of March , 19 81,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: Tt~e marriage between the a'.:o~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and eacn of them are nereDy £ore~ei t~ ~cu ii ~~~~ i.i e~~r.u~ ~f =«ut; i.«~r.'i
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of Brandi Lynn Ward, Age 7 years, Manuel L.
Ward, Jr., Age 3 years, and Jessica Ann Ward, Age 1 year,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. The above named parties b~th agree that there is no personai or r:•a~
property to be divided.
