DISSOLUTION 4F MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleasings, testimony and evidence, and finciing that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
JAMES A. MASHBURN
and .FLORA J. MASHBURN
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo,•and the

matrimony heretof_ore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. ~

of this marriage and the parties do not own real nroperty jointly and
do not own pe.rsonal property jointly.
3. NAME RESTORATION: That it, be, and is hereby further
ordered that the Respondent's former name of FLORA JANE HUFFMAN
is restored to her and she shall henceforth be known as such.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of March, A.D., 1981, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
