This cause came on for trial this 9th day of March,
19 81, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evfdence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriaqe between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therpfrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: LILLIE RUTH HANDY be

and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be_ divided.
