PARMENTER, Petitiofler, FINAL JUDGMENT AND DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE GARRY L. PARMENTER, Respondent. This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above , named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of GARY M. HARMER, Age 16 years, born March 29, 1964 is hereby awarded to the Respondent, GARRY L. PARMENTER, and custody of LAURA K. PARMENTER, Age 15, born October 23, 1965, is hereby awarded to the Petitioner, ELEANOR C. PARMENTER, with both parties to have reasonable rights of visitation. 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be prope~. 4. That there is no real or person pro erty to be divided.
