FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Nearing and the Court having
considered the pleasings, testimony and evidence, and findinq that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and findinq
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the varties, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
WILBERT JQHNSON
and DRUNELL ROBINSON JOHNSON
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever fxeed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CHILQREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no r.-inor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real nroperty jointly and
do not own personal property ~ointly.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of March, A.D. 1981
