FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause, having come on for hearing on the 9th day of March, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon , - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between WILLIAM RAY RADER and ANNA HAUGH RADER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CHILD CUSTODY: Permanent custody of the two minor children, WILLIAM ROY DEAN R11DER and ELIZABETH ANyE MARIE RAD~R, is awarded to the Wife, ANNA HAUGH RADER, subject to the reasonable visitation rights of the Husband. /~Z' J~ ~ ~~~~o ~"~f /~ ~~~.`~ ~~~'~'(~'' jT~•1' 3. CHILD SUPPORT: $eginnir~ on the ~day of arch, 1981, the Husband is ordered to pay $~ ~ per week for child support through the Clerk of the Court. Payments made to the Clerk of the Court will be remitted promptly by him to the Wife: If paid to the Clerk of the Court there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. A21 payments shall be made in cash, money or3er, of cashier's check.
