It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are herPby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore_existing between them and from the obligations arising therPfrom. 2. RESTORATION OF NAME; DEBRA A. ZINtv be and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of DEBRA A. SI~iMONS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 3.
