FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAVE
This cause came on for trial this 9th day of March,
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this ~uit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are herPby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore_existing between them and from the obligations
arising therPfrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME; DEBRA A. ZINtv be
and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of DEBRA A.
SI~iMONS and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both ag~ee that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
