FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for final hearing on March 9, 1981 upon
the petition for dissolution of marriage, respondent having answered
the petition admitting all allegations contained therein and further
having waived notice and appearance at further proceedings in this
cause, the court, having heard the testimony of FRANK MINERVINI~
petitioner/husband, and petitioner's witness and being fully advised,
finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the parties freely entered
into a sertlement agreement which is in the best interest of the
parties and their child; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANK
MINERVINI and BAIRD K. MINERVINI be and the same is hereby dissolved '
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICNAEL SAMUEL MINERVINI, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to BAIRD K. MINERVINI, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to FRANK MINERVINI.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 13th day of March, 1981, FRANK
MINERVINI shall pay to BAIRD K. MINERVINI the sum of $50.00 each
and every week for the support of the~child named above. Each pay-
ment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
prompty to BAIRD K. MINERVINI. In addition there is hereby assessed
